PHP Developer

Our growing company is searching for a PHP developer to join our team of dedicated professionals. Requirements:
  • • Minimum 3 years PHP development experience
  • • Experience developing with the LAMP stack
  • • Ability to work independently and pro-actively under minimal supervision
  • • Comfortable working without a PHP framework
  • • Experience working on new development, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • • Full stack development
Qualifications
  • • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • • Experience with Git in a team development environment
  • • Experience with Amazon Web Services
  • • Created full websites from scratch, doing both front and back-end work
  • • Familiarity with jQuery/Bootstrap/DataTables
  • • Be prepared to do a basic coding test during the interview
  • • Able to provide sample code/projects

Payments Project Associate

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • • Support study specific, global site payment processes
  • • Review and track information from sponsor specific documents including budgets and payment terms in contracts, amendments, and ancillary agreements into the payment system.
  • • Create and distribute pro forma globally where required.
  • • Provide Sponsor reports on specified timelines.
  • • Respond to inquiries from sites and sponsors efficiently and effectively.
  • • Produce error-free reports for sponsors and internal project teams.
  • • Accurately plan to achieve timeline milestones and deadlines.
  • • Understand global contract terms, budgets and payment schedules, ensuring that payments to investigative sites are aligned with the Clinical Trial Agreement.
  • • Comprehend global payment terms and processes.
Qualifications
  • • College degree required.
  • • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • • Proven ability to communicate with international contacts accurately and professionally.
  • • Must be comfortable analyzing large data sets and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including advanced Excel skills.
  • • Experience negotiating investigator contracts and budgets.
  • • Understanding of global currencies.

Project Associate

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • • Assist Contracts Managers/Analysts entering data into a tracking system
  • • Run reports from our tracking system on a daily basis
  • • Send and receive mail (Fed-Ex/UPS/etc)
  • • Scan and save documents into our system
  • • Make follow-up phone calls and assist Contracts Manager as needed
  • • Record meeting minutes with clients
  • • Assist Contracts Analysts in negotiating amendments
  • • Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
  • • College degree preferred
  • • Ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines
  • • Ability to communicate accurately and effectively
  • • Must be comfortable with computers and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • • Experience in the pharma industry a plus
